Public Complaint Resolution Mechanism


As per instructions of Federal Ombudsman necessary instructions have been issued to all the concerned sections to resolve the public complaint and send the response to complaint as soon as possible.   • What information/material is required when they lodge a complaint?
  • When was the complaint sent?
  • What type of information / data requested?
  • Any response regarding admission/commencement of training
    program/declaration of result, issuance of certificate, etc. from NISTE.
  • Either you have completed all codal formalities regarding supply of information
  • What is your complaint now?
  • How to complain?

  • How the complaint should be processed within the department and
    communication of final decision or advice and monitoring the progress.
  • The Complaint Officer will contact the respective person and will ask for
    the action and will facilitate for rectification of complaint.
  • What assistance is available to the people who want to complaint?
  • The Complaint Officer and Focal Person will cooperate completely and
    assist them in resolving the complaint or in acquiring the
    information/data, if any, as early as possible.
  • Information regarding submission of complaint in Federal Ombudsman
    Secretariat along with its contact numbers.
  • The Complaint Officer/Focal Person will submit the complaint(s) and
    progress report to the Ministry on regular/periodic basis for onward
    submission the same to the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat. The detail
